NEW YORK (AP) -- The vice president of worldwide sales at Nvidia Corp., which makes graphics cards for computers, exercised options for 108,389 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC Thursday, Ajay K. Puri reported exercising options for the shares Wednesday for $12.05 apiece and then sold all of them Wednesday and Thursday for $36 to $36.29 apiece. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. Nvidia is based in Santa Clara, Calif.
