NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. (AP) -- American Vanguard Corp. on Tuesday announced a semiannual cash dividend of 3 cents per share. The Newport Beach, Calif.-based company will pay the dividend Oct. 12 to shareholders of record Sept. 28.
