NEW YORK (AP) -- The chief executive of Mellanox Technologies Ltd., which designs chips to help network components communicate, sold 92,700 shares of common stock, according to a Securities and Exchange Commission filing Monday. In a Form 4 filed with the SEC, Eyal Waldman reported he sold the shares Thursday and Friday for $17.50 to $18.07 apiece. Insiders file Form 4s with the SEC to report transactions in their companies' shares. Open market purchases and sales must be reported within two business days of the transaction. Mellanox Technologies is based in Yokneam, Israel and Santa Clara, Calif.
