GREAT NECK, N.Y. (AP) -- One Liberty Properties Inc. on Tuesday announced a regular quarterly cash dividend of 36 cents per share, plus a special cash dividend of 67 cents per share. The dividends are payable Oct. 2 to shareholders of record Sept. 24.
